Terms of service

1. What this agreement covers

Owlivo (operated by [LEGAL_NAME]) checks that websites and online stores work and reports failures. By signing up you accept these terms. The service is intended primarily for businesses.

2. Which sites you may add

Only your own sites or sites you are authorised to monitor. The purchase journey adds a product to the cart and goes to checkout without creating or paying for an order. You may not use the service to load-test other people's sites or to get around their rules.

3. Free trial

The free trial lasts 7 days on the plan you choose and is granted once. To start it you add a payment card; to verify the card, the payment provider may briefly hold a small amount and release it right away.

Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the monthly price of the chosen plan is charged to the card when it ends, and then every month. We send a reminder the day before the first charge. You can cancel in your dashboard at any time before the charge — then nothing is charged and checks stop after the trial. Your data is kept until you delete your account.

4. Payment and renewal

Plans are paid monthly in advance. If a card is saved when you pay, the subscription renews automatically; we let you know the day before. You can turn off renewal in your dashboard at any time and keep access until the end of the paid month.

Upgrades apply immediately, and unused days of the old plan are converted into days of the new one. Downgrades apply from the next period.

There are no refunds for partial months, except where the law requires them.

5. Right of withdrawal for consumers

If you conclude the contract as a consumer in the EU, you may withdraw within 14 days without giving reasons by writing to us. If you asked us to start the service before that period ends, you pay for the part provided until withdrawal.

6. What we do and don't guarantee

We check sites from the outside at the frequency of your plan and report the failures we find. We don't guarantee that every failure will be detected, and we don't fix sites.

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months. This limit doesn't apply to intent, gross negligence, injury to life or health, or other cases where the law doesn't allow it.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend an account that breaches these terms, with notice where possible. You can delete your account in the dashboard at any time.

8. Changes

We announce changes by email 30 days in advance. If you disagree, you can turn off renewal or delete your account.

9. Law and contact
