Product Quality

What fabrics do you use?

We print on authentic Gildan 5000 (Heavy Cotton ~180gsm) and Gildan 6400 (Softstyle ~150gsm, ring-spun). 5000 feels sturdy and classic; 6400 feels lighter and extra soft.

Will the print fade?

No worries. We use high-definition, eco-friendly DTG inks designed to keep colors bright wash after wash when cared for properly.

Are sizes unisex and true to US sizing?

Yes, our tees are unisex US standard fit. For a snug look, go down one size; for an oversized vibe, go up. See our Size Guide for measurements.

Do the shirts shrink?

They’re pre-shrunk, though a gentle 3–5% shrinkage can happen after the first wash. Washing cold, inside-out helps keep the fit perfect.

Production Process

How are Owlivo tees made?

Each design is created in-house, then printed on Gildan blanks using direct-to-garment (DTG) technology for crisp details and a soft hand feel.

When do you start printing my order?

We start within hours after your order is confirmed. If you need changes (size, color, address), please contact us within 12 hours.

Where are items produced?

Printing and fulfillment are handled by our trusted partners in the US and EU to ensure quality and faster local delivery.

Packaging & Shipping

How are orders packed?

Your tee is folded, protected in a moisture-resistant mailer, and labeled clearly. We keep packaging minimal yet secure to reduce waste.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship globally. Duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country.

Do you provide tracking?

Absolutely. A tracking link is emailed as soon as your order leaves our facility.

How much is shipping?

Orders over $50 ship free. For smaller orders, rates are calculated at checkout based on destination.

Returns & Exchanges

What’s your return policy?

You may return or exchange unworn, unwashed items within 30 days. Start by emailing support@owlivo.com and we’ll guide you gently through the steps.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

We’re so sorry if that happens. Please send a photo and your order number—we’ll replace or refund right away.

Are custom orders returnable?

Custom pieces are made just for you, so they’re not returnable unless there’s a manufacturing issue. If something’s off, we’ll make it right.

Delivery Times

How long does it take to receive my order?

US: 4–7 business days after fulfillment. International: 7–14 business days depending on location and customs.

Holiday or peak seasons?

During holidays, carriers can be busier than usual. We recommend ordering a little earlier to avoid delays—thank you for your patience.

Can I update my address after ordering?

We can adjust addresses if you contact us within 12 hours. Once shipped, we can’t reroute the package, but we’ll help however we can.

After-Sales Care

How should I care for my tee?

Wash cold, inside-out with similar colors. Use mild detergent, no bleach. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Avoid ironing directly on the print.

Need a different size after trying?

We’re happy to help with a size exchange within 30 days if the item is in original condition. Just drop us a message—your comfort matters to us.
