Who is responsible

What we process

Account: email, name (if given), password as an irreversible hash, language and time zone.

Sites and checks: the site addresses you add, check results, error texts and screenshots of publicly available pages of your sites.

Notifications: your Telegram chat and the addresses of recipients you add (with their confirmation).

Payments: plan, amounts, dates and payment IDs. We never receive or store card details — Stripe or YooKassa process them.

Technical server logs (IP address, request time) to protect against abuse; kept for a limited time and deleted automatically.

Visitors of your sites

We check sites from the outside like an ordinary visitor. We don't collect data about the visitors of your sites. Our browser doesn't load analytics or ad pixels, so it doesn't appear in your statistics.

Purposes and legal bases

To provide the service under our contract: checking sites, sending alerts and reports, taking payments (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

To meet legal obligations, such as keeping payment records for tax purposes (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR, § 147 AO).

To protect the service against abuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Who receives data

Hosting: Hetzner Online GmbH, Germany.

Email delivery: [LEGAL_MAIL_PROVIDER].

Telegram (Telegram Messenger Inc.) — only if you or your recipients connect Telegram.

Payments in euros: Stripe Payments Europe Ltd., Ireland. Payments in roubles: YooMoney (YooKassa), Russia. There is no EU adequacy decision for Russia; data is transferred only if you choose to pay in roubles, as necessary for the contract (Art. 49(1)(b) GDPR).

We don't sell data or share it for advertising.

Retention

Check results, screenshots and notification history: 90 days.

Account and sites: while you use the service. When you delete your account, the data is deleted immediately.

Payment records: 10 years, as required by German tax law.

Cookies

We only use essential cookies: staying signed in and your chosen language. There is no analytics or advertising, so no consent banner is needed.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and object to processing (Art. 15–21 GDPR). You can delete your account with all data yourself under “Account”.
